1 2 3 Separate is a do-it-yourself package that helps you navigate the next steps and legal process so YOU can finalise your partnership quickly, easily and without the stress or intimidation of a legal battle.
YOU are in control of ending the financial relationship or making arrangements for the children, with a family law lawyer assisting with the legal process from the sidelines.
You receive the guidance from a family law lawyer, to ensure that your agreement is recorded in the proper form before creating legal documents that YOU then file yourself in court to finalise your family and or financial circumstances.
Who is it for?
1 2 3 Separate is for couples who DO NOT want legal advice or to spend $20,000 - $30,000 EACH on their legal separation to sort out their family and finances. This package will help the average, everyday couple who already have an agreement, married or defacto (with or without children) that typically have a home, maybe an investment property, a couple of cars, a caravan, some money in the bank, a mortgage and a couple of credit cards/personal loans and superannuation.

1 2 3 Separate is aimed at assisting the average couple separate, assuming that your assets and liabilities are not overly complicated our package per couple starts at $8,200 incl of GST, which works out to be only $4,100 each.
If your circumstances are more intricate, we do have options for more complicated separations. The cost of more complicated matters can be discussed with you at an initial consult if the need arises and fixed up front with you.
